As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for responding to borrowers via different digital communication channels, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to cure borrower's delinquency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Communicate with delinquent borrowers via different digital communication channels, including live chat and email * Find solutions to help bring borrower's loans to a current status, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquency * Process payments for borrowers with past due payments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals, providing regular updates to management * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service **Requirements:** * 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections, with a strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and persuasion tools * Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messages * Prior experience with financial products is preferred, but not required * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Self-motivated and extremely goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets * Team Player with a professional demeanor, able to work collaboratively with internal teams * Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers and internal stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with live chat platforms, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk * Familiarity with financial software, including loan management systems and credit reporting tools * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.00 per hour * Opportunities for advancement and professional growth within arenaflex * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off * Paid sick time and paid training to support your success * Vision insurance and work-from-home flexibility to enhance your work-life balance * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of passionate and dedicated professionals **Application Instructions:** If you're a motivated and bilingual individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the planet, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
