Bridge is hiring a Brand designer who is responsible for the visual production of BRIDGE's client-facing and internal marketing assets including sales decks, one-sheeters, paid media creative, newsletters, and event materials. The ideal candidate will uphold and evolve BRIDGE's brand identity through consistent, high-quality design execution across every asset that leaves the company. This role partners marketing, sales, and account teams to translate briefs into polished, on-brand visual output at the pace the business requires. The Brand Designer a production-focused role; creative strategy and brand direction are set by the head of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:Design and produce sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposal templates that reflect BRIDGE's brand system
Create one-sheeters and sales collateral for the sales and account teams
Design paid media creative across BRIDGE’s digital channels (display, social, programmatic)
Design and lay out internal and external email newsletters and customer communications
Produce event and trade show materials including signage, booth graphics, and printed collateral
Uphold BRIDGE's brand identity standards across every asset - color, typography, logo usage, shape language, and layout
Update and maintain visual elements on the BRIDGE website - including graphics, imagery, banners, and landing page assets - to keep the site current and on-brand
Evolve and extend the brand system as needed under the direction of the head of marketing
Maintain organized libraries of brand assets, templates, and design files for team use
Partner with marketing, sales, and account teams to turn briefs into production-ready creative on deadline
Manage multiple concurrent design requests across teams and prioritize based on business need
Prepare files for print, digital delivery, and partner specifications
Ensure every asset meets brand standards before it leaves the company
Desired Skills, Education, and Experience:3–5 years of in-house or agency design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating production work across decks, sales collateral, and paid digital creative
Expert proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs)
Strong typographic craft and layout discipline
Demonstrated ability to work within and uphold an established brand system
Comfort producing high volumes of on-brand work across asset types - decks, ads, newsletters, one-sheeters, social
Ability to take direction and execute briefs efficiently without requiring creative ownership of strategy
Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and version control habits
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and collaborative working style across sales, marketing, and account teams
Familiarity with print production specifications and digital ad specs
Motion design, video editing, or HTML email design experience a plus
This is a fully remote position with an annual salary range of $70,000-$80,000.
