Social Media & Marketing Manager – Pizza Shop

We're a busy pizza shop looking for a creative, hands-on freelancer to take full ownership of our social media, content creation, and marketing efforts. If you love food, know how to make a pizza look irresistible on Instagram, and can drive real foot traffic and online orders — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business)
Create eye-catching content — photos, short-form videos, reels, and stories
Plan and execute monthly content calendars and posting schedules
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online reviews
Develop promotions, contests, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales
Coordinate local marketing efforts (community partnerships, events, flyers)
Track performance metrics and report on growth, engagement, and ROI
Stay on top of food and restaurant trends to keep our brand fresh
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media for restaurants, food brands, or local businesses
Strong content creation skills — photography, video editing, graphic design (Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
Experience running paid ad campaigns with measurable results
Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business optimization
Excellent written communication in English with a fun, engaging brand voice
Self-starter who can work independently and bring ideas to the table
Nice to Have:
Restaurant or food industry experience
Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
Experience with delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub)
Compensation: Competitive rate based on experience.
