Acton ADU is a rapidly growing residential construction company focused on addressing California's housing crisis by providing high-quality Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The Feasibility Project Manager will manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective execution of the Feasibility Package and guiding homeowners to a signed Project Agreement.
Responsibilities
- Execute the Feasibility Package and Design Agreement end-to-end using Acton's defined playbooks and processes
- Lead feasibility, project development, and Project Agreement review meetings directly
- Own the homeowner relationship throughout Feasibility Package and Design Agreement execution
- Own and execute site inspection coordination, evaluation, and follow-through
- Assemble early project estimates using established BuilderTrend templates and incorporate site/utility scope
- Coordinate project-specific site plan creation through CanIBuild
- Prepare Project Agreement documents and drive qualified projects to signature
- Conduct pre-meeting temperature checks to surface concerns before review meetings
- Maintain internal software (BuilderTrend & CRM) and keep visibility on both Sales and Project Management KPIs
- Identify risks, misalignment, or uncertainty early and escalate appropriately
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams to ensure clean handoffs into design
- Be open to learning and applying the Acton Sales System, coached directly by the Head of Sales
