About The Role We are seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business process improvements, product development, and innovation initiatives.
Your primary responsibility will be to investigate, analyze, review, and document both functional and non-functional business requirements. You will manage the entire requirements development process—from elicitation and analysis to specification and verification—ensuring alignment across multiple levels of stakeholders and project teams. Additionally, you will support the ongoing management of requirements and coordinate the implementation or integration of new products or features, including user training and change management activities.
Your work will facilitate seamless communication between business and technical teams, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of project management and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and MVP principles
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (desirable)
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to analyze system defects and assist in testing and validation processes
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies
Responsibilities
• Bridge business requirements with IT solutions to ensure alignment and feasibility
• Analyze the impact of technological changes on existing business processes and systems
• Document detailed requirements and decompose complex initiatives following agile and MVP principles
• Champion UI/UX best practices during design and development phases
• Coordinate solution delivery through sprints, managing planning, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Negotiate scope changes with Scrum teams and business sponsors to ensure project success
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and support change management initiatives within the organization
• Analyze system defects, assist in verification and validation of fixes, and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop and review test plans, assisting in testing activities as needed
