Call Center Customer Service Representative – 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Description: • Answer inbound and outbound calls from to support customers of various clients • Accurately enter information into our client database • Provide a high level of customer service with empathy, patience, and professionalism • Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environment • Demonstrating consistent, high-level performance may lead to enhanced opportunities and expanded roles.
