Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized Sales & Demo Specialist to support the sales team by managing product demo scheduling, communicating with prospective clients, and maintaining accurate sales records.
The ideal candidate will help coordinate product demonstrations, follow up with potential clients, and ensure smooth communication between prospects and the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Work Schedule
This role is required 8 hours per day.
Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Demo Coordination
• Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Confirm demo appointments and send reminders to clients.
• Assist in preparing materials and documentation required for product demos.
• Ensure demo readiness before scheduled presentations.
Client Communication
• Communicate with potential clients regarding demo confirmations and follow-ups.
• Respond to basic inquiries related to demo scheduling.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with prospects.
CRM & Sales Records Management
• Maintain accurate records of demo schedules and client interactions.
• Update CRM or internal sales tracking systems with relevant information.
• Track demo outcomes and follow-up activities.
Sales Team Support
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Assist with presentation materials and demo preparation.
• Help organize lead follow-ups and sales activity tracking.
Compensation
This is a fully commission-based role. There is no fixed base salary or hourly payment for this position.
Contractors will receive $500 USD per successful closure.
Payment will be processed on a monthly basis based on successfully closed deals.
Pay: $500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
