Client Services Operations Associate

TCW is a financial services company seeking a Client Services Operations Associate. This role is responsible for preparing client reporting and managing operational activities related to the reporting system and client portal, requiring collaboration with various departments and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver standard monthly and quarterly reporting to all investors
• Research and resolve all exceptions related to standard client reports
• Collaborate with internal business partners at all levels on client reporting issues, enhancements and custom reporting
• Populate and maintain secure client online portal
• Collaborate with IT on client reporting and client portal development
• Liaise with other departments (Client Services, Marketing, Operations, Performance Attribution, Legal) to support client requirements and assist in providing information related to client inquiries
• Prepare a variety of internal reports for broad distribution across the firm
• Identify ways of creating efficiencies/improving processes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Prior experience working in financial services (internship experience will be considered)
• Working knowledge and understanding of capital markets
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Well organized and able to prioritize multiple requests from a variety of sources
• A team player and collaborates well with others
