The Contracts Coordinator supports the efficient processing of commercial agreements by managing contract workflows, coordinating approvals, and maintaining accurate records within the Compliance function.
Responsibilities
- Process templated and routine commercial agreements in line with established guidelines and instructions
- Coordinate internal approvals and signatures, including tracking contract status and following up as needed
- Maintain accurate, organized, and audit‑ready contract records in designated systems and repositories
- Support commercial teams and internal stakeholders by identifying issues, escalating risks, and responding to basic contract and process inquiries
- Assist with research, template maintenance, and departmental projects to support the contracts and compliance function
Skills
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in contract administration, compliance or legal operations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple contract workflows, track approvals, and maintain accurate records across systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy with process discipline and follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication and comfortable with escalation processes
