Role Overview – Customer Engineer (Data & AI Platforms)
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer – Data Focused to join our Technical Products and Services team. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers worldwide, guiding them through the deployment, optimization, and ongoing management of data‑centric AI platforms. You will combine deep technical expertise with consultative acumen to ensure that client environments are healthy, performant, and aligned with best‑in‑class practices. Key Responsibilities
- Data AI Platform Management: Assist clients in deploying, configuring, and managing solutions on platforms such as Foundry, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks.
