Position Overview

As a Customer Experience Advocate at careerzynith, you will serve as the front-line ambassador for our brand, delivering world-class technical support and customer service across multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. This is not a typical call center role—it's a dynamic, multi-faceted position that requires both technical troubleshooting prowess and genuine human connection. You'll diagnose and resolve issues ranging from basic service inquiries to complex internet, cable, and connectivity challenges, all while identifying opportunities to enhance our customers' experience through thoughtful service upgrades.

This full-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Customer Experience Supervisor and is classified as essential, meaning you'll play a critical role in maintaining service continuity for our community—including during inclement weather events that are common throughout Florida. Your work schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of our 24/7/365 operational model, with flexibility built in to accommodate your life's demands.
