Role Overview

As a Customer Happiness Intern at careerzynith, you will be the frontline champion for our authors and publishing professionals. You’ll work closely with a tight‑knit team of eight, using a blend of analytical thinking, empathetic communication, and creative problem‑solving to ensure every user feels heard, supported, and motivated to continue their publishing journey with us.

This role is full‑time for a six‑month period, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
