Position Overview

We are actively seeking motivated At‑Home Contact Center Specialists to join our remote workforce in the Triad Area. In this role, you will engage with inbound and outbound callers, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support a range of client‑driven programs such as insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. The position is available on both a full‑time and part‑time basis, with a mandatory two‑week virtual training program to ensure you are fully equipped to represent careerzynith and our clients with professionalism and confidence.

careerzynith offers a competitive hourly wage of $10.00 per hour for regular shifts, with a reduced rate of $7.25 per hour during the initial training period.
