As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and mentoring a team to reach targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of our clients and arenaflex. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Onboarding & Success Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include: * Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team to reach targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of our clients and arenaflex * Creating and implementing systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance * Leading, motivating, and inspiring team members to achieve outstanding results * Hiring and recruiting new talent as needed to support the growth of our team * Maintaining a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies * Gathering a strong understanding of client offerings to enable the team effectively across differing EMEA territories * Creating a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance * Driving strong thought leadership within a wider sales team * Adhering to team goals as agreed by the client * Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with client contact and Program Manager * Taking responsibility for performance discipline, employee scheduling and attendance, time-card approvals, performance evaluations, and associated management functions * Partnering with sales operations, quality assurance, and training departments * Developing and implementing personal development plans for reps * Analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities and implementing data-driven recommendations to drive sales growth * Maintaining a strong understanding of technical integrations with software partners to provide adequate support to clients **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 4+ years of experience in account management, partner support, technical support, customer experience, customer success, or sales * 1+ year as a leader, coach, trainer, or senior rep * Proficiency in CRM software, specifically working with leads and opportunities * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with clients via phone, email, and video * Strong quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data to drive decision-making * Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities * Comfort working at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments * Ability to work within tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term initiatives * Fluent in English * Fluent in French, Italian, or Spanish a benefit **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we believe in providing our employees with valuable mental and physical well-being benefits, including: * Comprehensive VHI Health cover from day one * Structured training & career development opportunities * Education reimbursement * Paid birthday leave * Child/Dependent care reimbursement * Personal Hardship Loan Program * Mental health and 24/7 employee assistance program * Bike To Work Scheme / Taxsaver Leap Card Scheme * Top-performer and tenure awards **Compensation** The pay for this position is a basic salary of €48,000 per annum, with an additional variable bonus component of €12,000 per annum.
