Our Remedy On-Call product is a 24/7 answering service that streamlines customer service and appointment scheduling for physician practices. As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our clients and their customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming client calls, taking messages, and verifying information to ensure accuracy
* Scheduling patient appointments as requested
* Dispatching calls to the appropriate medical practice following proper protocol
* Representing our customers professionally and providing courteous service during incoming calls
* Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently
**How You'll Perform Your Essential Functions**
* 80% of your work will be performed via real-time/live conversations with clients via telephone and chat
* All work will be performed via computer, using various software programs, including Google suite of products, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing system, and Office Practicum EHR
* Telephone will be used in all client interactions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication skills, including written and speaking skills
* Ability to work independently and/or with a team
* Attention to detailed information on computer screens
* Ability to correctly spell medical terminology
* Ability to multitask and be flexible
* Active listening skills with strong proficiency
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to type 35-40 wpm
* The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
**Education and Certifications**
* High school or equivalent (preferred)
