As a remote Contact Center team member, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters growth, learning, and teamwork. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices, providing support and assistance to help them navigate our services.
