**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and maintaining bills of materials in the system
* Responding to incoming calls from customers and vendors in a timely and professional manner
* Performing month-end processing and processing credits and debits
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor files and contact information

* Entering receivers into the ERP software and maintaining accurate inventory levels
* Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as needed
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred
* 1 year of administrative assistant experience; experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus
