**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Assistant (Remote) - Transaction Support, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for:

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

* Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service)
* Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
