This position involves securing, verifying, and analyzing customer loan application information to provide quality consumer loan services, emphasizing loan origination.
Responsibilities
- Secure, verify, and analyze customer loan application information as set forth in product guidelines
- Provide quality consumer loan services
- Direct phone contact with customers who are applying for consumer loans via our company website
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Excellent communication skills are required, both oral and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to type 35+ wpm
- Some college preferred
- Prior loan processing/verifying/collecting helpful but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
