**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
* Running the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
* Making purchase suggestions to customers and promoting our products
* Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
* Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have
* Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and understanding their needs
* Working collaboratively with our team to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Retail and Customer Service Experience**: A background in retail or customer service is essential, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Sales Associate or Cashiering Experience**: Previous experience as a sales associate or cashier is highly desirable.
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Motivation to Advance in Your Career**: A willingness to learn, grow, and advance in your career is essential.
* **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to:
* **Stand and/or Walk for Up to 8 Hours**: Be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, with regular breaks.
* **Lift and/or Carry Up to 30 Pounds**: Be able to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
* **Occasionally Lift and/or Carry Up to 60 Pounds**: Be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
* **Push/Pull with Arms Up to a Force of 20 Pounds**: Be able to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
* **Bend at the Waist with Some Twisting**: Be able to bend at the waist with some twisting, up to one hour in a shift.
* **Grasp, Reach, and Manipulate Objects with Hands**: Be able to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination.
