Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Onboarding
- Serve as the first point of contact for new careerzynith clients, guiding them through the onboarding journey.
- Deliver product demos, answer technical questions, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Collect feedback, identify pain points, and propose enhancements to improve the overall client experience.
- Collaborate with the product team to drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Marketing Support & Campaign Execution

Essential Qualifications
