Digital Merchandising Coordinator

Gopuff is a company focused on delivering convenience and predictability in everyday needs. They are seeking a Digital Merchandising Coordinator to optimize the online shopping experience, manage product launches, and ensure effective site navigation and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Site Maintenance & Strategy: Update product listings, curate collections, and manage site navigation (categories/menus)
• Product Launches: Coordinate new product setups, ensuring imagery, copy, and attributes are accurate
• Performance Optimization: Analyze data on product performance and search behavior to boost conversions and optimize SEO
• Visual Merchandising: Oversee "sorting and pinning" (product sequencing) to ensure the homepage and category pages are visually appealing and trendy
• Cross-functional Support: Work with Marketing to align site content with promotional campaigns and email marketing

Skills

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills
• 1-3+ years in eCommerce, retail, or digital marketing
