Editor/Assistant to Archive 494 Instagram Posts

I’m looking for an editor/assistant to organize and archive my 494 Instagram Posts. There are two deliverables: 1) Google Doc Archive 
A Google Doc with every Instagram post in chronological order (top newest, bottom oldest). For each post, include: - Date. - 1 image from the post.
Use the first photo if it’s a carousel.
Use a screenshot/cover image if it’s a video or Reel - Full caption below the image. Format should simply be: date, image, caption for every post. 2) Categorized Folder 
Organize all Instagram media into a clean folder structure by year. This includes: - Photos - Stories - Videos / Reels Requirements: - Combine scattered export folders into the correct year-based folders - Rename files by date - For carousel posts, label images in order (example: 4.27.2017_1, 4.27.2017_2, 4.27.2017_3) - Reels can be categorized as videos - Stories should also be grouped by year - When complete, re-upload the organized archive to Google Drive Example: The 2012 folder, will have folders for each: Photos, Videos, Stories. Each file will be labeled by the date: 4.27.2017. I have a .zip file source folder prepped I will send you. Please apply only if you are: - In the US - Highly organized - Comfortable working with large file sets - Detail-oriented with dates, captions, and file naming - Able to follow an existing system and finish thoroughly I’d like to start with the first 25 posts and 2012, 2013 folders to ensure accuracy.
