Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a talented ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our ranks. **A Day in the Life** As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the customer-facing voice for U.S. Government and Enterprise customers, addressing complex account and billing issues, and providing valuable feedback to help us improve our services. You'll work closely with our Enterprise team, including Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Solution Architects, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues. Your responsibilities will include: * Being the customer-facing voice for U.S. Government and Enterprise customers, addressing complex account and billing issues * Working with Enterprise customers to understand how they use arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC) account and billing services, and providing valuable feedback * Performing deep dive analysis on U.S. Government and Enterprise customer accounts and billing statements * Educating customers on reporting options, alerts, and budgets * Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to Enterprise customers * Working with customer support peers around the globe to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support * Driving projects that improve customer interactions with arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC) account and billing information * Acting as the Voice of the Customer for our Enterprise customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement * Assisting with Enterprise customer communication during arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC) critical launches and support events * Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC) specific product and features * Working with arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC) teams to drive resolution of issues for customers * Making sure internal knowledge reference pages are updated **Requirements** * Associate Degree or equivalent * 1+ year experience in Customer Service and/or Account Management working with high-profile customers * 1+ year of advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas) * Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph * Experience in leadership and/or account management positions (desired) * A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems (desired) * Proven success in a fast-paced support environment (desired) * Demonstrated success driving cross-functional deliverables (desired) * SQL and/or other relational database experience (desired) * Strong fluency with Web Technologies and the Internet (desired) * Understanding of cloud-based compute and storage concepts (desired) **Why Join arenaflex Dedicated Cloud (ADC)?** * **Inclusive Team Culture**: We value diverse experiences and empower our employees to deliver the best results for our customers. * **Mentorship & Career Growth**: We're committed to helping you develop into a better-rounded professional through ongoing training, mentorship, and career-advancing resources. * **Work/Life Balance**: We strive for flexibility as part of our working culture, ensuring that you can achieve success at work without sacrificing your personal life. * **Competitive Compensation**: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, with a base pay range of $46,600/year to $104,200/year, depending on location and experience. * **Total Compensation Package**: In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
