We're committed to providing exceptional customer experiences and building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. **Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative** We're seeking an experienced Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. This is a tremendous opportunity to partner with us to build a world-class servicing organization and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve common customer concerns. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, providing timely and effective solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Preferably two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. * Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided. * Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. * Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays.
