**Job Summary**
As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for verifying nurses' credentials, following up with clients, and handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. **Responsibilities**
* Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that clients receive prompt and courteous service
* Navigate online systems to verify nurses' credentials and access company and client resources
* Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics, ensuring consistency and accuracy
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Perform data entry and customer service skills, maintaining accurate records and resolving issues efficiently
* Be able to navigate online efficiently, accessing multiple systems and resources as needed
* Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift, identifying customers' needs and researching credentials
* Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
* Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
* Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support
**Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer service or customer support experience
* 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
* Technical savvy, with experience navigating online systems and resources
* Previous remote work from home experience a plus
* Quick learner and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail
* Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong phone and verbal communication skills
* A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required
