As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns. * Process phone payments and communicate with customers regarding their powersports loan. * Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer issues. * Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. * Resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, providing clear and concise explanations and solutions. * Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. * Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. * Preferably two years of Customer Service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Collection experience is a plus. * Requires a minimum of 2 years related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Working knowledge of Word and Excel. * Able to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided. * Strong communication skills both verbally and written, as roles are a combination of phone and communicating through chat.
