**Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the pharmaceutical industry via phone, email, and chat
* Handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide timely and accurate solutions to their needs
* Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless customer experiences
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide informed solutions to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Bilingual in English and Portuguese; Spanish speaking a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory requirements
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience with sales or business development a plus
