As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer inquiries and find innovative solutions to complex issues. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments as required * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services * Upselling opportunities as required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
