**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. You will be responsible for answering phone calls in a timely manner, interacting with customers via email, online chat, or in-person, and setting appointments with customers to ensure seamless service delivery. You will work closely with our service manager to schedule efficient service routes and routines, collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services, and field customer questions and complaints. **Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls in a timely manner and interacting with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in-person to provide support and information on products or services.
* Setting appointments with customers and keeping our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated at all times.
* Working directly with the service manager to schedule efficient service routes and routines.
* Collecting and entering orders for new or additional products or services.
* Fielding customer questions and complaints, forwarding issues to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff when necessary.
* Ensuring appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
* Maintaining customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
* Performing administrative work as assigned.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (or other languages as required).
* Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer grievances in a professional and courteous manner.
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software, including CRM systems and other tools.
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
* Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
* ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the water treatment industry.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software.
* Experience with appointment setting and scheduling.
