**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, using active listening skills and empathy to understand the customer's perspective
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and efficient manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring that our team is meeting our quality and productivity standards
* Providing feedback on call issues, helping us to identify areas for improvement and optimize our processes
* Upselling when required, using your knowledge of our products and services to help customers find the best solutions for their needs
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using your own computer and internet connection
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze situations and find creative solutions
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be an asset in this role:
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another language relevant to our clients)
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment
