* Escalating unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support.

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
