**Job Overview:**
As an Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Eligibility & Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering phone calls promptly and professionally, responding to member inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Confirming benefits and eligibility, and providing accurate information to members
* Reading and understanding Benefit Overviews, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and other relevant documents
* Responding to claim inquiries via phone and email, and resolving any issues related to claims processing
* Meeting and adhering to all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and member satisfaction
* Completing daily tasks in between calls, including data entry, documentation, and other administrative duties
* Adhering to all policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements

**Requirements:**
* 1 year of experience working in health insurance, preferably in a call center or customer service role
* High level of organization, reliability, and attention to detail, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* Phone-based customer service call center experience, with a high call volume and a strong ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
* Comfortable working with technology, including computer software and hardware
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
* Outstanding track record of attendance and adherence to schedule, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Quiet and private home working environment, with reliable high-speed Internet access required
* Self-starter with a strong ability to demonstrate working independently and taking initiative
