**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience. You'll work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to balance your priorities in and outside of work. With comprehensive training and ongoing support, you'll have the chance to grow and develop your skills, advancing from a REP I to a REP II and III, and beyond.
**Responsibilities**
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience
* Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Offer heart-driven service, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Collaborate with trainers, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement to ensure successful completion of the training program
* Maintain HIPAA and governmental compliance in all interactions with plan members
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth and development of the team
**Requirements**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience working in a health care or related industry
* Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plans and related terminology

**Compensation and Benefits**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors
