**Job Summary**
As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations for careerzynith's products and services. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding customer experience, meeting monthly sales goals and exceeding customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer service calls, emails, and chats, resolving complex customer issues and providing effective and timely resolutions
* Use creative problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns, navigating multiple tools and systems to update customer accounts and maintain records
* Provide personalized recommendations for careerzynith's products and services, meeting monthly sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience
* Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and expert knowledge of careerzynith's products and services
* Resolve complex customer issues virtually, using various tools and resources, and quick access to engage with your manager or support team for assistance
* Simplify the explanation of customer bills, rate plans, and features of careerzynith's products and services
* Perform basic troubleshooting on both products and services when issues arise
* Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service

**Requirements**
* Call center or customer service experience
* Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
* Occasional overtime may be required
* Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

+ Technical requirements: secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet, a dedicated work area, and a computer or mobile device

+ Clean Desk policy: maintaining a clean and organized workspace, with all necessary equipment and materials readily available
* You will participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.
