As a Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of automotive retail. **Job Summary** We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Operators to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a quick-witted, tech-savvy individual with a passion for online interactions, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, representing arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner * Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, driving sales and revenue for our clients * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Idaho * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong knowledge of online chat platforms and software * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and deadlines * Strong typing skills, with the ability to type at least 35 WPM * Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming platforms and software * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its trends **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
