**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Chat Operators. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers, while also ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor
* Convert conversations into leads by asking relevant questions, gathering information, and escalating issues to the appropriate team members
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Oklahoma (Tulsa area preferred)
* Must have a dedicated workspace with a computer or laptop, webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (communications, marketing, etc.) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online support role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
* Strong typing skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
* Experience with online gaming platforms and communities
