As a Chat Sales Agent Senior Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in establishing new customer relationships via the Chat platform and serving as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate arenaflex coverages and products. You will quote and issue auto, motorcycle, renters, and homeowners insurance policies, while providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and our culture.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Builds and deepens customer relationships by providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and our culture
* Proactively identifies the need for and offers additional insurance products and services offered by arenaflex and/or arenaflex business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
* Takes reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance
* Achieves daily sales and productivity standards
* Thrives in an environment of change and is committed to professional development
* Efficiently uses resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state mandated requirements, as measured by survival and quality results
* Assists new customers with navigating arenaflex.com to complete the sales process and ensure a successful on-boarding experience with our organization (i.e., same day acceptance of terms and conditions)
**Education:**
* High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

**Compensation:**
* Compensation offered for this role is $18.03 - 29.39 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
