**Responsibilities**
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Requirements**
To ensure your success as a remote Chat Specialist, you'll need:
* Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
