As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for accounting and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. • *Responsibilities and Duties** As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including: • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable • Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and other software applications • Organizing and maintaining client files, both physical and digital • Scanning and digitizing documents, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff, both in person and over the phone • Maintaining a positive and professional image, both in person and online • Assisting with data entry, including accounts receivable and accounts payable • Performing other administrative tasks as needed • *Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: • 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant • Proficiency in a range of software applications, including QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment testing • Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable a plus • Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience a plus • *Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: • Competitive hourly rate, starting at $12.00-$14.00 per hour • Opportunities for career growth and advancement • Friendly and helpful work environment • Independent work style, with minimal supervision • Vacation and holiday pay • Opportunities for professional development and training • Flexible scheduling, including part-time and full-time options • *Work Environment** Our office is located in the heart of Lexington, KY, and offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.
