**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support. **Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support
- Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with changing projects and updates
- Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Qualifications**
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
- High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with a functioning camera required for the training period
- Committed to full attendance for the paid 3-week training period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required; not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellites)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual, a plus
