develop your career, with opportunities for advancement and professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Issue, Reissue, and Refund Passenger Tickets:** Process and resolve ticket-related issues efficiently and effectively. * **Book, Price, and Confirm Flight Reservations:** Provide expert assistance to customers booking flights, including resolving any issues that may arise. * **Rebook Passengers on Oversold Flights:** Work with customers to rebook flights and resolve oversold flight issues. * **Perform Passenger Check-in and Seat Assignment:** Assist customers with check-in and seat assignment, including resolving any issues that may arise. * **Issue Vouchers and Coordinate with Contractors:** Provide support to customers requiring vouchers or other services, including coordinating with contractors as needed. * **Operate Gate Reader/Scanner and Related Responsibilities:** Use gate reader/scanner technology to facilitate passenger boarding and resolve any issues that may arise. * **Make Boarding and Departure Gate Announcements:** Provide clear and concise announcements to passengers regarding boarding and departure times. * **Deliver Domestic/Global Flight Information:** Provide accurate and timely flight information to customers. * **Perform Passenger Carrier Flight Close-out Procedures:** Assist with closing out flights and resolving any issues that may arise. * **Accept, Check, and Tag Passengers' Bags:** Process and resolve baggage-related issues efficiently and effectively. * **Maintain the Timeline of Flight Boarding Process:** Ensure that flights depart on schedule and that all necessary procedures are followed. * **Perform Customer Service at the Task Training:** Provide support to customers during training sessions. * **Process and Complete Credit Card Bag Transactions:** Assist customers with credit card transactions and resolve any issues that may arise. * **Assist Passengers with Self-Service Kiosk Check-in and Kiosk Bag Processing:** Provide support to customers using self-service kiosks. * **Queue Strains at Price Tag Counter Kiosks and Price Tag Counters:** Assist customers with queuing and resolving any issues that may arise. * **Clear/Confirm Global Files at Kiosk:** Process and resolve global file-related issues efficiently and effectively. * **Accept and Set Off Passengers' Self-Tagged Luggage:** Process and resolve baggage-related issues efficiently and effectively. * **Assist Customers Wanting Unique Help or In-Station:** Provide support to customers requiring special assistance, including boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers. * **Perform Customer Service Work Related to Dealing with Nearby Flights and Contractor/Floor Dealing with Agreements or Contracts:** Assist customers with issues related to nearby flights and contractor/floor dealing with agreements or contracts. * **Have Normal and Predictable Attendance on Site:** Ensure that you are present and available to work as scheduled, including meeting any overtime requirements. * **Respond and Help During Safety and/or Emergency Situations:** Provide support to customers during safety and/or emergency situations. * **Provide Connecting Passengers with Gate Information:** Provide accurate and timely gate information to connecting passengers. * **Provide Exceptional Customer Service in an Expert Way and According to arenaflex Guidelines:** Deliver world-class customer service, adhering to arenaflex policies and procedures. **All You'll Need for Success:** * **Minimum Qualifications:** + High school degree or GED or global equivalent + Bilingual language skills required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet arenaflex and safety requirements + Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. * **Preferred Qualifications:** + Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System + Previous head-to-head Customer Service experience + Working in
