**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused college student to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Specialist. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in California. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, and maintaining knowledge of our products. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
* Securing all trailing documents from customers and updating customer information
* Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and documenting each customer contact in eAgent
* Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
* Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining knowledge of new products
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll need to possess:
* A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, and be coachable
* An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
* A great sense of self-motivation and a sense of urgency
