**Job Description**
As a Content & Repertoire Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for preparing music data for release with our record labels, music publishing, and more. This includes:
* Assisting with adding appropriate credits for songs, ensuring that all artists, writers, and producers receive the recognition they deserve
* Transcribing, reviewing, editing, and adding lyrics to our database, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Assisting in adding all necessary information for our music publishing, utilizing the Harry Fox Agency and various Performance Rights Society databases
* Creating, assigning, and placing ISRC codes for each song in the repertoire system, ensuring that all music is properly identified and tracked
* Placing and reviewing credits on preliminary and final album packaging artwork, ensuring that all artists and contributors are properly credited
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare music data for release with record labels, music publishing, and more
* Assist with adding credits for songs, transcribing and editing lyrics, and adding necessary information for music publishing
* Create, assign, and place ISRC codes for each song in the repertoire system
* Review and place credits on album packaging artwork
* Collaborate with the record label team to ensure accurate and timely data entry
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2 years of experience in data entry (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in data entry software and systems
* Familiarity with music industry data management and metadata standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with music publishing, record labels, or performance rights societies
* Knowledge of ISRC codes and music industry metadata standards
* Familiarity with data management software and systems
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
