**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Care Advocate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for comprehending, researching, and addressing Employer and Job-Seeker questions and concerns, helping them achieve success in their recruitment efforts. If you're passionate about customer service, have a knack for troubleshooting, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound Employer and Job-Seeker phone calls and process all basic support inquiries, properly transferring calls to appropriate teams and departments as needed
* Handle a large volume of Sales and Support inquiries via chat and email, forwarding inquiries as needed
* Perform troubleshooting for site issues and functionality, ensuring a seamless user experience
* Maintain high service levels as established by the department, meeting or exceeding established metrics and performance goals
* Promote arenaflex site features and products, such as TrafficBoost and Resume Database
* Process plan upgrades and downgrades at the user's request
* Assess potential Terms of Use and Product Guidelines violations and forward pertinent information to the Compliance Department
* Learn and develop the internal Knowledge Base of the evolving arenaflex product
**What You'll Need**
* Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional support
* Prior work in B2B preferred, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry
* Detail-oriented, organized, and an expert on time management, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
* Passionate, optimistic, and a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers and colleagues, with a focus on providing personalized support
* Coachable, with a willingness to listen to and implement feedback from your Supervisor
* Patient and empathetic, with the ability to listen carefully and clarify details from customers
