As a Customer Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in shaping the arenaflex experience for our Corporate Card Members. You'll be the face of our brand, providing personalized support and guidance to help them navigate their accounts and make the most of our services. **What You'll Do Every Day**
As a Customer Care Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to Corporate and Small Business Card Members through inbound calls, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
* Developing a deep understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and recommend tailored solutions.
* Building strong rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and addressing objections in a consultative and empathetic manner.
* Documenting necessary account information according to established policies and procedures, adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of two years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication.
* Proven success in a customer service call center environment, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment and navigate web-based systems with ease.
* Open availability for scheduling, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred; education benefits are available to support your ongoing learning and development.
