**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing above-and-beyond customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
* Becoming an expert in arenaflex's internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
* Utilizing our communication software to interact with teammates, management, and other departments
* Identifying trends and pain points in our work and brainstorming solutions to improve each customer's experience
* Collaborating with the CX team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
