**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team at the Fort Wayne Airport branch. As a CXR, you'll be responsible for providing superior, friendly, and efficient transactions to our customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This role involves facilitating the rental process, offering company-approved services and products, and providing exceptional customer service. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Meeting and greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
* Providing superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
* Offering additional customer assistance, including directions, maps, local area information, and service information
* Answering incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and providing information and resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors
* Placing outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
* Assisting in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return
* Notifying management of any known customer or vehicle problems
* Continuously building knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
* A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record within the past 2 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on your driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)
* Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* A willingness to accept the starting pay of $20.67 per hour plus bonus opportunities
* The ability to work part-time with the following schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00am-3:00pm
