You'll serve as a liaison between our customers and internal teams, working proactively to resolve issues, provide education, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and executing internal marketing and communication plans, ensuring seamless communication across various channels. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback, surveys, and other data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborate with internal teams to remediate or solve end-user technology issues, ensuring minimal customer impact * Develop and execute internal marketing and communication strategies to enhance customer experience and promote product improvements * Create and manage the distribution of communications across email, intranet, and other channels * Design and create engaging content for various media formats, including email, articles, blogs, presentations, and infographics * Provide technology education to customers and internal teams to address knowledge deficits * Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product development and improvement initiatives * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and product managers **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * 3+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, or a related field * Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills * Experience with content creation, including writing, design, and video production **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field * Experience working in a customer-centric organization * Knowledge of customer experience frameworks and methodologies * Certification in customer experience or a related field * Experience with project management tools and software **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of customer experience principles and practices * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions * Strong project management and organizational skills * Experience with content creation and distribution * Knowledge of marketing automation tools and software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
