**Our Story**

Our goal is to expand into other major markets by the end of the year, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve it.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Greeting customers as they enter and providing exceptional customer service
* Answering customer questions regarding products and services
* Managing company events, tradeshows, and retail partners effectively
* Maintaining customer information and confidential documents
* Assisting the sales team with new product launches and promotions
* Upselling products and services to drive revenue growth
* Troubleshooting customer issues and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required
* One to three years of customer service experience
* Quick learner ready to assist on new projects
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
